Amy is passionate about using integrative and holistic approaches with her patients to help them realize their highest quality of life possible. She has made this possible through starting her own private practice, OPT2LIV MEDICAL, a Holistic Primary Care office where she meets with her patients multiple times a year to develop personalized plans to help them consciously establish and maintain their highest health possible.

The Journey Into Consciousness
This book is written to encourage and support individuals along their journey into Consciousness, where Consciousness is our ability to hold a state of harmony between our body, mind, and soul.
This book is separated into two parts. The first part is a guide to help us evolve spiritually, through showing us how to refine, surrender, and remove dis-ease from the body and mind, so that the soul, or God Consciousness, can be more prevalent in our life, and the second part is a culmination of Conscious Thoughts to help us focus and attune the mind for the day.
Consciousness is directly tied to our health. As healthcare providers since 1991, we have witnessed time and again that our state of health can only become optimal when we connect the physical, mental, and emotional states of our being. In our medical practice, we focus on what creates health versus just diagnosing and treating disease (dis-ease). We focus on the 4 Pillars of Health: Breathe~Eat~Move~Sleep. Studies show that 80 percent of disease can be prevented through our lifestyle and addressing these 4 Pillars. There is so much solid evidence on this, yet most of us have difficulty putting it into practice. Optimizing these 4 Pillars of Health is necessary as we begin to refine, surrender, and remove dis-ease from the body and mind. We must be intentional and make conscious decisions in life every day. This is the reason we were called to write this book. We have come across so many patients and clients who are on this journey of discovery. And by choosing this book, you have proven that you, too, are walking a journey into Consciousness.
